Hi, i have a problem with my Iphone 5s. I can't login in Iclod from my device but i Can from a PC. I tryed restoring the device but the problem persists. What can I do?

What happens when you try to log into iCloud? How do you know that you are unable to log in? Do you receive an error message, or observe something else on the screen? Where are you trying to log into iCloud at, in a browser like you do your PC? That could be the problem, depending on what you are trying to do. Could you describe what you are doing?

Hi Chris, when i try login the system displays "Could not connect to the server", i attached a capture screen with the message error. I can acces from a PC when i try from the web site. But i cant from my phone. Also when i try with other account i can log in but i cant with my own acount. I have other Iphone, this is a Iphone 5. And I cant access whith my count.
Are you using two-step authentication with the Hotmail account?

likewise I mention it started when I did a backup and then restore my Iphone, was working well and stopped working when I restored. The problem is that I have restored the backup several times and still not achieving login with my account.
This would have to do with your Hotmail account setup, not the phone itself. If you are not aware of it, you probably aren't. You go on the phone and go to Settings>iCloud, attempt to log in and you get this server error. This also occurs after restoring the phone as new, and not from a backup?
yes its occurs when i restore like new, also in my other iphone that is new. My girlfriend has a Iphone 5 and her Apple Id is a Gmail account, and her has the same trouble.
The Gmail problem could be their two-step authentication, I know they use it as well. Have you ever jailbroken the phone? Have you ever used that computer to jailbreak a phone? That can lead to server connection issues.
Yes, once i jailbroken the phone. But not my girlfriend phone and my other phone. The problem seems with my account and the conexion to the server from the devices, any device. I think that because my phone works well when i use other account
It shouldn't be an issue if you can log in with another iCloud account. You may have to contact iTunes support for assistance, and explain that you can log into the iCloud account on a computer, just not on the phone.
