clash of clans is being used by someone else

let me be more specific. My favorite game called clash of clans is being used by someone else and is messing around withmy base (as we call it). He has been getting on and messing around and organizing everything like if it was his. So far the only solution in my mind is restarting but I have been playing it for a long time and I don't want to lose my progress. I want to know if I could stop him from getting on and how to prevent this from happening.

Contact the developer of Clash of Clans.

Changing the password for the ID you uses for Game Center, assuming it is a Game Center game, will likely prevent further changes.
