I'm still trying to re-download an album I purchased from iTunes , and I can't even get on iCloud with the info Limnos gave me.

When transferring an album (purchased from iTunes) from my old computer to my new iMac27 some songs were not transferred. Computer says "Original file could not be found."

Limnos gave me info to download past purchases from iTunes in the Cloud.. I don't even know how to access the Cloud. There must be an easier way.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), Other OS, Mac purchased 1/19/2015

In iTunes select Music, then iTunes Store, on the right hand side look for the text QuickLinks and just below that click on Purchased. Click Not in my Library. Use the download links.

I've followed your instructions to a "T", but when I get to the final direction, "Use the download links" there were none. Now what?

Close iTunes and reopen. Do you see your media items in that location now? The cloud symbols are the download links.

I wish you could see my screen. I swear there are no Cloud symbols. I've clicked on or hovered over everything on my screen and have found no reference to the Cloud.

I am so frustrated, and really need help.

Just to check, try going into your Account Info page in iTunes and finding the place where you manage hidden purchases. I had an entire album just disappear the other day. It showed up as "purchased" if I went right to the album in the iTunes store, but it was nowhere on my computer or in the cloud (I have iTunes Match). When I went to "Purchased" on the iTunes Store front page, it showed up but was the only one with no cloud icon to redownload it.

Turns out it was somehow hidden. It was listed in the hidden stuff in my Account Info page. I "unhid" it and all was well.

Try going to iTunes>Preferences>Store> and then make sure that "show iTunes in the cloud purchases" is enabled. If it is not then add a checkmark.

Do you still have the broken entries in the library for these tracks? If so delete them, close iTunes, and reopen. You should now see the tracks in past purchases.

You can take screen shots and post them here using the camera icon in the editor window. Command+shift+4 lets you draw a box around something.

Yes, I have logged in to my iTunes account. The only thing I see there pertaining to the Cloud is an offer to join "Match" for $24.99. Not interested.

My version of iTunes is 12.1.2...the latest.

Limnos, I haven't mastered my original problem (getting The Mamas & The Papas back onto my computer) yet, and you expect me to know how to take screen shots ad post them to this community. Where is the camera icon to begin with? Guess I won't attempt that at this time.
