How can I reconnect my Apple TV...my TV says No Signal?

I have not used my Apple TV for sometimes. Now The TV screen says NO Signal, and I cannot get Apple TV menu. I unplug everything and started fresh a couple times, but no success. What can I do to reconnect ? I use iMac Yosemite, iPad 3 and iPhone 5, and I know all have the latest Apple updates. Thanks.

Everything is the same equipment when I first set my Apple TV up...used to use it often and never had any problems before. Same power outlet and TV cable...only the TV moved 5 feet from its original position. Apple logo on TV screen but cannot get Apple TV menu. Without a menu there is not much I could do... think I should restore it back to factory set up and start anew? Thanks for your reply, by the way.
