Password logon

Everytime I TRY to log into iTunes, it doesn't recognize my password. When going through authorization, it tells me that my birthday isn't my birthday.

Hi Maxine196404,

It sounds like you may need to edit or update the security information for the Apple ID (email address) you use for the iTunes Store and other services.

Take a look at the link below for steps to reset your password. There is a link in this article to Apple ID support if you need to reset your birthday information.
