Sorry to hear about the situation.
Easiest solution: If a guest changed the password, contact that guest and ask them for it.
Failing that: Change or reset a user account password on your Mac - Apple Support
- If none of the options in that article apply to you, then you have two remaining options:
- Contact Apple for help reseting the password.
- Erase the computer which will remove all your data and also the password: OS X: How to erase and install - Apple Support
