Q: Iphone 6 plus- bluescreen/apple logo reboot loop

My iphone 6 plus is in a loop of rebooting. If the phone is turned on , the apple logo is displayed. Instead of turning on fully after the apple logo,a bluescreen appears for a split second and it reboots again with the apple logo. If connected to iTunes and recovery mode is initiated, when restore is completed on the phone, it would reach the "Activate Phone" where I would be told to sign on my Apple I that was used set up this iphone but it reboots from here.

Please can I get any feedback from apple since this issue hasn't been recorded yet on any support community.
