Hi,
I recently had an issue where my carrier wasn't showing up. It only said 'searching'.
so I tried to restore my device to ios 8.3. I plugged in into itunes and clicked the restore iphone button (I had make a backup in advance).
It goes for about 7-10 minutes and at the end of the restore I get an error '48'.
