Question

USB CABLE FOR IPAD MINI 3

Hi, i am using IPad mini 3 and as the original USB charger has been spolit, i bought another Iphone compatible USB cable for IPad mini 3 but when i plug in to Ipad MIni 3, it is not supported at all, so i went down to those shops selling handphone cables and also tried on their Apple USB cable and it is still not supported, so could you advise me what should i do as i have another USB adaptor (which is not original) at home and surprising it works, so is there any solution for this.

Cables do not need to be Apple originals, but they should be Apple approved - or more specifically MFi approved. This ensures that real and safe components are used. Look for an original cable or one that comes from a reputable company that used MFi components.

Hi

Try a reboot hold down power button& menu button together

Wait for Apple Logo .

thanks for your reply but unfortunately when i follow your method, when i plug in the USB cable, it shows charged, then a few seconds later, it shows not charging, so what shall i do.thanks.
