change offset time / integration lotus notes

when integrating my icloud agenda in lotus notes i get different timezone allthough i've selected gmt 1 in my lotus notes and gmt 1 in my icloud. Analyst told me there is s'thing wrong with the 'offset' which TZOFFSETFROM: 1730 how can i change?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
