Where can I find weekly summary of my activity on my Apple watch

in the activity section of the Apple watch app - you can set weekly summary to on - you will then get a message on your watch every monday morning

you can also check the activity app on your iPhone which will show you a history of your activity for each day - i dont know if it eventually clears out older data

Force press on your Apple Watch and weekly summary is an option you can look at.

I don't know of any way to see past weekly summaries on Apple watch. Time Travel can only take you back 48 hours, afaik.

You can see the past activity in the history of the Activity.app on your Apple Watch.

You have to firmly press the display while viewing the Activity.app to see the weekly summary option, not while viewing the watch face.

You'll find the Day, Week, Month and Year summaries of your activity using the Health app on your iPhone. The Dashboard there can be configured to show those activities you want to view.

You can set certain parameters for your  Watch using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone but you will not see the summaries in that app.

thats not completely true - you can also get a weekly summary of the activities the watch tracks on the watch itself every monday and daily summaries every 4 6 or 8 hours - the watch will can notify you met your daily goals and if you have reached milestones - you can set all of this in the Activity section of the Apple watch app on the Iphone
