I was writing a Message and than it whent to the Lockscreen and now I can't unlock it or even turn it off. Than I hold the Home and the other Bottom for 10 seconds and it whent out, than I tried to unlock it and it didn't work. In the Screen are little squares.

If that does not work, force the iPhone into recovery mode:

Yes I did, but anything changed and then I tried to update it, but it didn't worked because my Phone has a Code.
A total reset would be an option but I don't want to lose everything..

Don't you have a backup, that you could restore the iPhone from?

Here in the Aperture forum are not many iPhone experts. Perhaps someone in the iPhone forum has a better idea.
