Jun 29, 2015 7:42 AM in response to Aromagixby Csound1,It is not possible (or even legal) to "circulate" the email address, if you know it then contact them, if you do not know it there is nothing to be done other than request a refund.

Jun 29, 2015 7:47 AM in response to Aromagixby Aromagix,Hi! I've seeked advice from Apple Store in Singapore. They advised me to try to post a message through the Apple communites in Icloud where there may be a chance the previous owner may read the message and help unlink his ID for the Ipad.
Thanks.

Jun 29, 2015 7:50 AM in response to Aromagixby stevejobsfan0123,There are no Apple Stores in Singapore, but regardless of that, they gave you incorrect advice. This forum is not the appropriate place to try to get ahold of someone or share their email address. Contact eBay as suggested.

Jun 29, 2015 7:55 AM in response to Aromagixby KiltedTim,If the seller will not or can not remove the activation lock, and they did not disclose in the auction that it was activation locked, then return it and get your money back. It's useless to you. If the seller won't refund your money voluntarily, then file a claim with eBay.
If the seller won't or can't remove the lock, and refuses you a refund, and it was disclosed in the auction that it was activation locked, then you bought a very nice paper-weight.
