iMac Late 2009 vs. iMac Mid 2010 for Video Editing

I have 2 computers that I edit on. I use one for audio editing and general computing, and the other is used strictly for video and photo editing. Here are the specs for both:

iMac 11,1 (27-inch, Late 2009)

2.8 GHz Intel Core i7

8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB

1TB 7200 RPM HDD

iMac 11,3 (27-inch, Mid 2010)

2.8 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024 MB

1TB 7200 RPM HDD

Currently, I use the Late 2009 iMac for video editing and the Mid 2010 for audio editing. I want to upgrade the HDD to SSD and RAM on one of them for editing video. I use Final Cut Pro X and the newest versions of Compressor and Motion for video editing. My question is, which one should I upgrade to use for video editing? Obviously, the processor is superior on the Late 2009, and that may be the deciding factor to go with that machine. However, the RAM and the video card are better on the 2010. I appreciate any guidance that you folks may offer.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), iMac (27-inch,Late 2009) 2.8 GHz i7
