Does the Apple Watch provide acess to the raw PPG waveform from the sensor?

I am hoping to use an Apple Watch for my healthcare research. I want to see if it can be used to detect certain medical conditions. The Apple Watch is equipped with a PPG Sensor. Are there any health apps that provide access to or record the raw PPG waveform (not the heart rate, the PPG waveform)?

as far as I know there is no way to access the raw PPG from the watch. If it can be of interest, I made an app that does process PPG data and lets you export RR intervals, so that you can further process the data afterwards https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/camera-heart-rate-variability/id788460316?mt=8

I am thinking to add also export of the full post processed PPG waveform (i.e. 180Hz after band pass filtering and cubic spline interpolation), but I haven't added this feature yet.
