Uploading songs
Just bought the iPod touch. When I try to upload my songs from my hard drive it says "can't find song". Bought the songs through Microsoft Zune. Is that the problem?

Did you import the songs into our iTunes library?
Do they play in your iTunes library?
What is the format? Right click on the song)s) in yur iTunes library and select Get Info. The format and other attributes are listed under the File tab
