ibook will I be charged if I don't download the book?

While browsing through iBooks in the past few minutes I clicked on a book hoping to see how much it cost. I didn't get the purchase information I wanted but it shows up in my "purchased" books, where I see 2 others with the same status from awhile back. Will I still be charged if I don't actually download the title? (eg: No Time Left, David Baldacci)
