I got my iphone 5s 3 month ago brand new and im having problem with it it says its chraging but wont turn on. i try the hard restart methods but it still wont turn it just shows the low battery icon.... please help me

Try flipping the lightning connector over. I had a friend who had damaged his slightly and it only worked in one orientation. Check also for fluff in the port in case that is preventing a decent contact for charging. If found use compressed air, or a sliver of plastic, or a toothpick to gently tease out.
