If there's no light on the front of your Apple TV, follow these steps:
- Inspect the Apple TV power cord for any sign of wear, strain, charring, or other damage.
- Unplug the Apple TV power cord from your Apple TV. Wait thirty seconds, then plug it back in.
- Plug the Apple TV power cord into a different power outlet or power strip.
- Try using a different Apple TV power cord, if you have one.
- Try to restore your Apple TV from your computer.
If you still see the issue after following these steps, contact Apple Support or take your Apple TV to the nearest Apple Store.
If the issue continues after completion of the steps, it may be necessary to follow the provided links to either contact Apple Support or take to your nearest Apple Store.
