iPhone pic transfer
I want to transfer just the pics from one (1) album (iPhone 5c) in PHOTOS to my PC. Can I? How?

Sync to Photos is one way, computer to iPhone, so they still should be on your computer. There are 3rd party apps that can copy the other way, such as TouchCopy, but photos on the iPhone are optimized for it, and copying them back to a computer will result in lower resolution images than the originals.
