internet/app issues

i can't seem to connect to the internet anymore after subscribing to my local country internet provider, only whatsapp seems to be working, my bbm and mails asides other applications which require internet don't work, as i get notifications, once i try to access the application, it tells me am not connected to the internet.. i have tried resetting but it won't work..what do i do?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

If I understand correctly, there’s an issue connecting to the Internet using one or more Wi-Fi networks. Try running through the troubleshooting suggestions below which will resolve most Wi-Fi network issues.
