I have lost my iPhone 5S, I am able to track it but there is no support I can get from Police. Is there any way I can completely lock my mobile? I have complete information of my iPhone like Serial, IMEI Number and Apple ID.

If you enabled Find my iPhone before it was lost, log in to https://icloud.com/find, locate your device, and you can lock it. You can also display a message on it. Also notify your carrier and they can blacklist it. If Find my iPhone was not enabled there is nothing you can do.
