I think that providing some details within context would really help your cause here, such as what problems are you having specifically with Siri and iTunes? Are you talking about the iTunes Store app on your device, or iTunes on your computer?

Try closing all the apps on the iPad and then force restart the device. You will not lose any data or content.


Close every app this way. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.


To force restart the device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
