i cannot find iPhoto on my Mac. What happened to it? It was there the other day. I have photos icon on my the tool bar, but not iPhoto. I am new to Mac. Not finding it easy to navigate after using a PC for so long. Help

If you don't want to use Photos for some reason, choose Applications from the Finder’s Go menu, double-click iPhoto, and if needed, click here and try following the instructions.
Mac OS X 10.10.3 replaced its Dock icon with one for Photos.

Is it the Dock icon you can't find? Or the iPhoto application itself?
Look in your applications folder using the finder
