Safari got corrupted

What can I do to uncorrupt Safai. When I open it I get a dialog box saying my system will not start. But, it does but everytime I open Safari the same thing comes up and when I click on the red ball to delete it the same dialog box keeps coming up.

I'm running 10.7.5 whatever animal that is.

I've tried throwing away the the plists in my preferences to no avail.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

1. Force Quit .

Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.

When Force Quit window appears, select Safari if not already.

Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.

Safari will quit.

2. Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
