My I cloud account is giving me the wrong e- mail address. my old one that I am not using any more, keeps popping up asking me for my password , How do I delete it and make sure it's using my current and correct e-mail address?

Go to itunes main page bottom of page Apple ID change details .

You could delete your icloud account from settings-> icloud-> scroll down to delete account... But remember make sure your data will b in backup... Or if your contacts and all data sync with that id so it will delete... Better to make safe side itunes backup and then remove icloud
