Make sure you have the latest driver from HP.

You are probably not running the very old original version of OS 10.0.0.

This is the MacBook Pro forum, not the forum for iMacs.

This is not working for my MacBook or my iMac. I am using Yosemite. I don't show that I'm missing any updates. When I go to HP I am directed back to Apple.
