Need to migrate my loops from and old MacBook Pro that died

I'm sure this has been asked before so sorry. But need to migrate my loops from a old 2008 MacBook Pro that had OS X Snow Leopard on it...it just died!

The NIVIDA chip went south last week.

Just got a MacBook Pro 2014 model with the new GarageBand and would like to get everything back as before..if possible.

Any tips for a pretty clueless Mac user since I mostly use the Mac only to dabble with GarageBand...I know what a waste!!
