Ive owned my laptop for about a year and it's in almost perfect condition, however I am wanting a 13' instead of the 11'. whats the best way to go about it?
Sell the 11" and buy a 13"
Find a physical or online store which sells secondhand Apple products, such as Amazon or eBay, and sell it there. Put the money towards a 13-inch MacBook Air.
From a software perspective, click here and follow the instructions. If the computer originally shipped with Mac OS X 10.6.8 or earlier, when you reach step 5, connect its original thumbdrive, restart with the C or Option key held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the internal drive, and install a fresh OS.
