I dropped my phone, & now it won't work right
I dropped my phone really hard, & when I press the home button, it shows up lines of different colors. I've tried turning it on and off and tried resetting it, I don't know what to do.

Take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar for out-of-warranty replacement, there isn't anything you can do to fix it.
