My mini iPad touches or navigate its screen by itself like someone is controlling it remotely. iOS is up to date. May I know how can I fix this issue?

Try a reboot press power button& menu, button
Down together wait for Apple logo .

Same problem with my iPad mini 1. I was told it's a touch-screen problem.
Just take it to local store.
