final cut 10.2.1 moving projects to external hard drive

I'm running out of space on my hard drive. There used to be a way to duplicate your project and all of the contents in the event to an external hard drive. How do I accomplish this in this new version?

One way is to shutdown FCP X, copy the Library to the new hard drive and put the original in the trash BUT DO NOT DELETE IT (EMPTY THE TRASH) UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED THE NEW ONE IS WORKING OK.

When you launch FCP X it probably won't see the Library so you will have to navigate to it . . . File>Open Library>Other.

P.S. To copy the library simply drag it from its location on your computer and drop it onto the new hard drive. Then wait for it to finish copying.
