You seem to be able to post here okay so I don't follow the theory except if you are using some other device. Unfortunately you have failed to fill in the product details in your profile so we have no idea of what machine you want to check.

Try again by using the link I am providing below. I know it is the same as that you have.

I am having the same issue since Tuesday June 30th, no matter what computer on our network we use I get the access denied message. I've used Mac & PC systems, rebooted, clear cache, clear cookies, etc but the same message appears across any system on my network. I can connect to the site using 4G on my iPhone so the site appears to be working. We use this site every day to check warranty status on customers laptops; any update on why this is happening?

Hi, I also experience the same problem with the same error message:

From my knowledge this issue is not caused by users browser or network problem (although we received information that Apple is not blocking any IP).

The server rejecting access from my network with current public IP(), I'm able to access the page after changing the public IP address (with the help from my ISP), see below result :

I'm sure this issue will be handled quickly by Apple's IT infrastructure team.

All of your troubleshooting seems to indicate that the Apple server is unhappy with your Network.

What actions, other than posting here, have you taken? Merely posting here will NOT start any kind of Apple Tech troubleshooting or actions of any kind.

Your statement also indicates you may be a n Apple Authorized Service Provider? If so, I would follow any back-channel path to Apple through that relationship AND also act as if you are a consumer -- Apple Support | Contact -- be creative in following the Apple-ian Way to ensure you get to the Telephone Option.

  1. From whom are you getting the "...information that Apple is not blocking any IP"?
  2. You have actually proved the opposite of #1 with those troubleshooting steps.

If you have NOT actually talked with an Apple Support Representative - and received a trouble ticket case number - Apple is likely doing nothing at all.

I would have your ISP contact Apple while you follow this path Apple Support | Contact at the same time. as I said to adamnyc31, "be creative in following the Apple-ian Way to ensure you get to the Telephone Option."

I am also getting it -- any help would be much appreciated

A lot of us are NOT having any issue with this page/service - various devices and browsers all around. Tell us ALL about your device, OS & browser versions, and details of your actions and the results thereof - screenshots would be very helpful for context along the way.

I am in a situation where I might hit -- >

and the other associated sites like:

https://selfsolve.apple.com/repairstatus/main.do

More than 100 visits a day from a single computer.

I am on a PC and using any browser or any other device through that router is blocked -- however at access points outside of the house I can connect to those sites. In both places, it is regardless of what apple ID is used.

Attached is the pic of the screen / message.

Also getting the same error, using four different computers, Mac and Windows, Firefox, IE, Safari etc. We have cleaned out Apple cookies many times and even changed our IP address. The site worked for about five minutes, then the error persisted. This has been a problem since Thursday.

We tried to access this site through different links at the Apple site, by typing in the URL, by copy/pasting it, and the problem has persisted with different "reference" numbers.

We use this site every day for 5-100 hits. Has Apple updated this in the past week?

Can't answer your specific question about Apple's actions or lack thereof... we are all users like you.

I'll repeat what I just told dcf_oc... you make three!

If you will notice, the two previous posters to which I replied...

Apple Support | Contact -- be creative in following the Apple-ian Way to ensure you get to the Telephone Option.

... have not revisited the issue - this usually means that they somehow got their problem solved and have not come back to say so.

I suggest the same to you.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Glad to know that someone has possibly fixed THEIR issue, but ours persists.

Apple Support was less than supportive, telling me that our server is blocking this site. Our IT guy says we don't have that ability.

Any ideas to whom do we address this issue? Our Apple rep has not replied after sending three requests.

Any assistance is appreciated!!!
