Good morning, Since 10 days now my apple account id was disable and after some days it say it's locked and i can't be able to use it on apple store but i can login online. What's going on? Please i need to fix this apple id, so that i can update my phone and my apple macbook pro
How you might be able to enable it depends upon why it's locked/disabled. If for security reasons then resetting the password might fix it : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
