What SSD type for my iMac late 2013
Hi there,
I want to upgrade my iMac late 2013 model with an SSD but i'm not sure if i need to purchase a certain type of SSD or just any ?

You do realize what it will take to upgrade the internal drive

A simpler approach would be to get a Thunderbolt based solution with an SSD.
I am doing that on my system and it works very well. Not quite as fast as if it was
on the internal bus, but still much,much,much aster than the internal HDD.
