Jul 1, 2015 10:42 PM in response to Donald Morganby walkera1,Thanks Donald, I've got all that done. My mail is sending and receiving again all by itself, very mysterious. But no sent mail prior to it working again and no mailbox folders.....all gone!

Jul 2, 2015 1:21 AM in response to Donald Morganby walkera1,I had mailboxes saved under "On My Mac". I know you can Hide or Show the mailboxes. They are not there even though I have selected 'Show".
I think they are gone and I will just have to start over. Shame about all my sent mail as well?

Jul 9, 2015 9:09 PM in response to walkera1by IttyBittyBee,★HelpfulI'm having the same issue. After I tried all Apple's troubleshooting and updated my system, deleted my account and re-entered it, my mail magically reappeared. However, like you I don't have any of my folders that were on there. No prior mail either from before it stopped working. I still can't get mail by clicking on the "get mail" button. Its very frustrating. I've finally resorted back to getting online and sending emails from the actual hotmail website.
