Iphone serial no conflict

I recently purchased iPhone5c white and after 2 months it submitted in service center. Service center guy told me that the serial number of your iPhone is conflicted with other device. Its been 9 days while submitting my phone to service center. I have purchased this mobile from Amazon.com. what to do now?
