Which ssd capacity

GGiven that each increase costs quite a lot, it's a hard choIce. My desktop uses 240gb. But I don't know how. I only take up ubder 20gb with videos, photos, music etc. I think a lot of it is old software I don't use anymore and haven't bothered uninstalling.
