WI-FI hot spot sharing

Community, a tricky one to explain,

at times i can work from home but i dont work in my house due to kids been off on school summer holidays, so i go to my local club which have an office space facility (internet, printers, scanner, etc) its really a good productive space. The internet in the club is available for 2 hours at a time and is limited to 3 session per device. 6 hours in total. So when i need to work beyond the 6 hours i use the personal hotspot function on my ip6 to connect me online.

This works perfectly for me. Now, i can connect to the club WiFi for an additional 6 hours via my IP6 if needs must but the hotspot always defaults to my carrier data even if i'm connected to a WiFi signal on IP6.

Any suggestion how i might be able to use incoming WiFi signal as hot spot instead of carrier data? Many thanks .
