In older versions of iPhoto (before 9.6 I believe) there was an option in iPhoto Preferences to both share your iPhoto Library and look for other shared libraries on your network. Is this functionality possible with iPhotos 9.6.1 or with the new Photos app In 10.10.3?

In older versions of iPhoto (before 9.6 I believe) there was an option in iPhoto Preferences to both share your iPhoto Library and look for other shared libraries on your network. Is this functionality possible with iPhotos 9.6.1 or with the new Photos app In 10.10.3?
In the current iPhoto version you can only share the library on a sneaker drive, not across the network, see: iPhoto: Sharing libraries among multiple users
And in Photos you can share albums in iCloud (iCloud: iCloud Photo Sharing FAQ), but sharing the library on the network is also not supported. Use an external drive, like recommended for iPhoto '11 in the document above.
