Group Messages via SMS
If a member of a group does not have cellular data enabled and is not connected to wifi they do not receive a group message as an SMS as they would if it was sent individually. Does anyone know if this is fixable?

You might find that group chats are regarded as data and 1-1 chats as phone services.
