Error " Your Apple ID has been disabled "

My account can't download and update application from itunes store .

Please help me . I have share my account to my friend . Him said download application

After I recevied back my account . I can't download or update any application , game

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

If resetting the password and logging out and back in hasn't fixed it then only iTunes Support can potentially re-enable the account (whether they will do so will depend upon why it's been disabled), we are fellow users here on these forums.


Has it been more than 48 hours since you contacted them ? If it has been (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your email account) then try contacting them again
