When I try to access the App Store to download free apps I get a message that there has been a prior billing error and it is wanting me to put in a credit card number and my personal info. But I cannot find any place or anyone who will explain errorp
IiPhone 5, App Store wants new billing info due to a billing error from last purchase of an album. Problem is I did not purchase anything from App Store . App Store won't allow update downloads or free apps without credit card info. Need to speak to someone but not sure who. Help!
