I have reformatted my laptop and some of my past purchases do not appear in my purchased area for me to re download them. I have evidence they were bought via bank statements. I also tried backing up everything on Norton Online Backup which has retrieved my documents but not Itunes Stuff. Any suggestions?

Did you add the itunes folder to Norton Online backup set?

Hi Harini,

Yes I did add the Itunes folder but not all my stuff is in it. Also how to get stuff from those files onto my Itunes. I have 3 movies that are saved in those folders but I can't open them. ?
