Enlarge app icons on homepage?

You can only enlarge the whole screen (so parts of the screen will disappear off the sides) via Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom (or ... Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut to use a triple-click of the home button to turn it on/off), you can't just enlarge the icons - with that you will need to use three fingers on the screen to drag it around so that you can view the parts that are off the display.

You can't enlarge the icons. You can zoom in which will make everything larger, but you will then have to scroll the screen touches parts outside of the viewing area.

To Zoom in you can go into Settings->General->Accessibility->Zoom, and turn it on.
