Moved from POP account, earthlink to Time-Warner/ Roadrunner, without the earthlink baggage; New email sever account /apple mail set up was smooth, no problems, BUT some (not all) sent emails are not appearing in any sent mail box...
For the web mail access, no sent messages appear via web mail, if the message was sent from my computer. Is that right?
Anyone have an answer to these questions?
In Mail what have you set as the location for Sent emails, on the server or not?
yes, store on server;
Any connection between the 'unsent' emails, any common factor?
The website should show all the sent emails wherever they were sent from because it is the server.
thanks for your help.. on the TWC web mail "page" only 4 messages are in the sent box...none from today and have sent way more than 4. Do u think this is a TWC issue and I'm going to have to call tech support? (punishment... like earthlink was earthlink, but this NEVER happened )
