How long for a response once reporting a problem?

My daughter bought an in app item but never received it. I got in touch with the with beeline and they suggested I ask for a refund after having trouble sending it through. I did this by reporting a problem through iTunes last Friday but have not heard anything back. Can anyone tell me how long it takes if they issue a refund or how I can tell if they've even received the request. Thank you.

You should have received a confirmation email pretty much straight away (you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the email account ?), with the 'proper' reply within 48 hours. Try contacting them again, either via the the 'report a problem' page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
