How do I cut and paste the text or value in a cell without the formula?
I Have a simple spreadsheet that I use to document each field I spray.
Producer | Feild | Feild Operation | Date | Product | Product Cost | Rate | Rate Type | Cost/Ac | Acres | Total Product | Total Cost |
GFL | 27 North | Spraying | 5/5/15 | Start up | 5.7 | 1/2 | L/ac | 2.85 | 315 | 157.50 | 897.75 |
GFL | 27 North | Spraying | 5/5/15 | Heat | 285 | 1/80 | Jug/ac | 3.56 | 315 | 3.94 | 1122.1875 |
GFL | 27 North | Spraying | 5/5/15 | Pursuit | 179 | 1/120 | Jug/ac | 1.49 | 315 | 2.63 | 469.875 |
GFL | 27 North | Spraying | 5/5/15 | Merge | 45 | 1/40 | Jug/ac | 1.13 | 315 | 7.88 | 354.375 |
In the producer, field and Acre columns, each lower cell equals the one above it so I don't have to repeatedly fill cells on my iPhone with the same information. For every field I spay I fill out a template of this spreadsheet. At the end of spraying I combine all of these spreadsheets into one large spreadsheet which I then want to sort by Product and then by producer.

BNG | Reeta's West | Spraying | 5/11/15 | Priority | 560 | 1/160 | L/ac | 3.50 | 290 | 1.81 | 1015 |
This presents a problem because when i sort by the column product the producer and field cells begin to change their value and reference whatever cell they are below in the new sorted arrangement. Can I cut and paste the text or value in all the cells without texting and pasting the formula as well when I make a summary spreadsheet of my fields? This would eliminate cells referencing each other in my summary spreadsheet.
Thank you in advance for any advice
