mail app crashes creating new email; okay for replies; 2 email accounts

I have an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.3. The default Mail app was first setup with Gmail and Hotmail email accounts. Worked fine. A few weeks back my job added an Exchange account for my work email. I can still reply to email but when I go to create a new email message the Mail app crashes before I can select which email account to use for the From.

Closest post I've found that comes close said someone had luck removing their email Signature and replacing it with a space. Tried that but doesn't correct it. I've also tried doing a hard reset (power and home button until apple appears).

Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
