pics to mac from iPhone

Is there a way to transfer "INDIVIDUAL" pictures from my iPhone photo camera roll to my mac? I know how to do the sync within iTunes but I do not want to sync every single picture. I want to pick individual ones and send them to my MacBook. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
